Process

 

How Does the Process Work When Hiring Animal Magnetism?

(First and foremost when hiring any pet sitter, always trust your instinct.  You know when something feels right and if and it will be a good match for you and your pet.)

 

Upon receiving your request, we will arrange a FREE introductory interview. Before the interview we will send you all of the necessary forms and paperwork to expedite the process.   

During this initial interview, we will:

1. Answer all of your questions and concerns regarding our services and experience.

2. Go over the important paperwork for you and your pet.  Emergency contact information, medical instructions, and how to contact you if necessary.  A list of the locations for pet   food, collars, leashes, treats, toys, cleaning supplies, etc. that we will need for the care of your pets and property.  Detailed notes regarding your pet's habits, food, favorite toys, exercise routine, veterinarian, and medical history.  Your expectations of our visits.

3.  Receive keys to your home. If you are not comfortable with key distribution, then a lockbox for access to the home may be purchased.

4.  Help you decide how often you want visits each day and what services you want performed.

5.  After the initial interview is completed and we have your information on file, all you have to do is make a phone call to request services.
